NO MORONS POLICY
If at any time during greetings, negotiations, or in the course of our business relationship I deem you or your actions idiotic or moronic in the slightest bit, I will swiftly sever all ties to you. I’ve been in this business a long time and I’ll appreciate a good, great, and even far-fetched idea, but I also know when someone is trying to pull a fast one on me.
I welcome constructive criticism. But understand that if you come to me for my specialties or services, you must respect the wisdom I’ve accumulated over the years as a designer or programmer. I have participated in the construction and development of many Fortune 500 companies and have generated hundreds of millions, if not billions, of online hits and visitors. I have worked with some of the best and brightest individuals in the industry and had my hand in some high-profile marketing campaigns and I will explain all available options to you.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment negotiations are handled before the start of any project. The Company takes no excuses as to why a payment was not prompt or on-time and non-payment will result in immediate suspension and reversion of work completed. If payment is not fulfilled I retain all rights and if an agreement cannot me procured between the two parties, the owner of rights has right to sell to any interested parties. Non-disclosures and non-competes are only valid in a court of law when exchange of goods and services has been justifiably agreed upon and conditions are met by all participating parties.
CONFIDENTIALITY
After project completion and payment, any and all information procured during our business relationship stays within employer-client privilege. I have thousands of satisfied clients that will attest to my strict confidentiality.
